Yep they either haven’t dealt with the crazy platelets by blocking both receptors- or they’ve excluded the enzymatic pathway (Recovery-aspirin). I only started not blocking the HELP apheresis filters with my fibrin once on aspirin clopidogrel & dabigatran.
